Cadence, breaks, and quiet hours are pre-configured. Just pick whose cookies to use and how many doctors to evaluate.

Cookie user email The account whose Chrome-extension-captured cookies the worker will use. How many doctors? Set to 5 for a quick test. Set to 0 to process the full list (~4,498 doctors, ~5–6 days). Force re-run all By default, doctors already evaluated in a previous run are skipped, so each run only processes new doctors. Check this to re-process everyone, ignoring previous runs.
