What is a "search"?
A search is any query you submit to our system. This includes doctor evaluations, judge research, general questions, or any other search type. Each search includes the full AI-powered analysis.
Do you need to be a CAAA or CAALA member?
Yes. Our platform is for members of the associations whose listservs we search. You'll need an active membership in at least one supported association (CAAA, CAALA, or others as we add them) and verify it during registration to access the search features.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
What happens if I exceed my search limit?
If you hit your monthly search limit, you can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional searches as needed.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your search history and results are private to your account. We never share your data with third parties.
